APPLES ORANGES live stream rock music festival strives to reconnect artists and fans with each other in the light of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. It features live performances as any other live stream festival, yet separates itself from others by hosting meet and greet events during which artists and attendees can interact and engage in an activity with each other creating a more personal interaction. The festival is donation based, allowing the attendee to choose which percentage of the donation goes to the artist, festival, and each year's charity partner. With each purchase, a package is sent to bring home the festival feeling as well as extra merchandise selected if a certain donation amount is reached.

Amazing job what you did, Digital is the new normality in these though times. Even though we will come back at some point to the public-concert scene; I like the idea of shattering barriers between artists and fans through digitalization. Ideas like this can keep the music industry not just alive but healthier than ever, giving voice to all kind of groups, independently of their fame or resources, and helping everyone to discover and reach the music they like no matter the distance or other limitations. Apart of the awesome idea is also remarkable how well it has been put into practice, with very appealing designs that help to quickly imagine how this all would feel in practice. Congratulations for all the passion and effort put on it, really impressive achievement.
