Michael Tawk
Michael Tawk's virtual platform A’ARU provides a place for all kinds of artists to expose their work in an unprecedented way, while at the same time allowing people of all walks and backgrounds to connect and express themselves.
Users are able to access the world under different titles or abilities, the main category being artists and performers. Artists and performers become the editors of A'ARU, meaning they have the ability and access to alter different parameters and visuals. The general population makes up the second category, classed as guests of this world, who connect with the editors and experience their work.

An architect at base, it has helped me look at the world differently. The details of every kind of project is what make it perfect. I decided to dwell into the world of user experience since it has been something I have been dealing with different realms throughout my life. I am currently in the process of building a start up where I will try to change the perspective of any kind of event in the future.

What is a good design for you?
When the minute details of the design are studied
What was the most challenging experience during your studies?
Trying to understand more the graphic nature of design when it comes to apps and websites.
Who or what inspires you?
No one specific, but every person that brought change to the world.
How do you approach a new project?
I always start every project with the thought " How can make something different and new?"
What advice would you give to students who just started studying in your programme?
Build the best projects you can if you come from a different background !
Have you changed during your studies? How?
The studies gave me an even broader and new manner in which projects and ideas can be implemented.
Why did you choose to study in your programme?
User experience mainly as this is the base to any kind of project, idea and institution.
What are you not going to miss in your studies?
Studying online and having to sit behind the pc all the time for both work and education.
How are you going to celebrate your graduation?
By trying to land at an institution or company that is looking into the future with bright and new ideas.
