She remembers difficult and wonderful times throughout her life and provides description of her experience as a black woman in post-revolutionary Cuba and the Soviet Union.

Lots of ideas end up in notebooks, the issue is always starting a project.

Stand up for yourself.

Yes, in the ways one changes through 3 years.
Why did you choose to study in your programme?
I needed to leave where I was at.
What are you not going to miss in your studies?
The location-specific frustrations.
How are you going to celebrate your graduation?
Videogames and finally starting some new books!
