In 2019, research by the World Health Organisation indicated that across the world, close to 800.000 people die due to suicide each year. In today's stressful work environment, the number of people diagnosed with mental-health disorders rises steadily, making it all the more important to track one's state of mind and find coping mechanisms for stress. HISAM is a personal mental managing app which is connected to a medical-grade wearable device that offers real-time physiological data acquisition. It is built to provide a personal mental health database and prompt stress relief through customized advice and reminders.

What is a good design for you?

To me, the most important part of it is the passion of breaking boundaries between platforms and media. The way of storytelling will become more diverse as our identities shine through our work.

Say hi!
