TALENT EQUALITY is a fictional creative studio by Sophie Friedrich, offering free creative workshops and exhibition exposure for minority-creatives. 

Not everyone can afford to do 3 unpaid internships to qualify for a job or has the network to find positions in the first place. Every person with artistic talent deserves a fair chance though, no matter their social heritage, gender, disability or skin-tone. 

With „Talent Equality“ those people a not only given a platform for their work, but also a supporter who educates on the excluding structures the creative industry is build upon. Using infographics and social media campaigns, featuring creatives who found a way to break into the „inner circle“, the studio raises their voice for those who aren’t heard.
