Ivan Bogomolov
ESCAPE THE STAGE is an exploration into the possibilities of creating a fashion film virtually without any live action footage. 3D animation allows to showcase fashion in any possible environment, with complex camera movements, or in surreal scenarios. For that purpose, Ivan Bogomolov has created a fictional collection of hoodie designs and brought them to life with animation.

Who or what inspires you?
Music is what inspires me, as well as projects from other artists like Simon Holmedal or David Ariew
How do you approach a new project?
I always evaluate the most efficient techniques to achieve the best possible result
What advice would you give to students who just started studying in your programme?
Learn how to find the resources for anything you might need, because you can be sure: the solution is out there
Have you changed during your studies? How?
I have learned to plan and document projects properly, to work in a team of professionals and to be more focussed on my tasks

I'll be taking some time to relax and travel
