Saad Minhas' project contributes by exploring the balance of customer-brand experience, proposing a method, describing its dimension, relations and a framework. It also provides an unified toolkit that helps experience designers and companies to create a matching customer and brand experience based on Minhas' research.

I help companies and organizations to develop brand experience, design and user-centric research. I like to create which bypass the brain's radar and have that emotional value that customer needs. I love what I do and do it with love and passion. Every brief is passion-driven. I like to be in the customer's shoe and do analysis of brand before starting to explore design solutions. I am confident in my abilities to utilize my skill sets and expertise to perform excellent work as a Senior Creative.

What is a good design for you?

I believe design today is not based on subjective opinion. A good design is what solve a major problem and make users or consumers’ life easier and seamless.

What was the most challenging experience during your studies?

The most challenging experience during study was to get back to formal academic learning phase after a very long time in regular professional career.

Who or what inspires you?

In a way or another everyone is surrounded by a lot of inspiration, starting from the mother-nature. The details of complexity with a simple seamless experience.

What advice would you give to students who just started studying in your programme?

First I would congratulate on choosing the right program. And then I’d say, utilize each moment during your course, you are surrounded by some of the geniuses’ in this line of work. The course is well designed, you will appreciate it later.

Why did you choose to study in your programme?

With the visual design background, I have always missed the strategic and business side of the picture. To bridge the gap between design and value proposition of business was the main motivation to be enrolled in this program.
