Clarita Maria

Clarita Maria presents the third and last part of our lecture series on photography this spring.

Clarita Maria is a Zambian-German multidisciplinary artist currently based in Leipzig. Her perspective is shaped by the intersectionality of her identity: issues of interculturality, environmental racism and social justice are central to her work. She is committed to raising awareness about racial injustice and the artistic development of young BiPocs.
