FLUX is a speculative design for an augmented reality interface that strengthens physiological awareness and promotes emotional intelligence. The key component of the concept is a real-time 3D animation that visualizes heartbeat, stress and energy. The Flux visual is intuitively understandable, always in the user's view and reflects the individual physiological state in the context of different situations to improve the understanding of the somatic influence of specific environments or interactions and promote positive behavioral change.
